Deliverability

Monitor sender score, bounce rates, authentication health, and per-domain delivery on Platform → Deliverability.

Platform → Deliverability gives Communications officers and ICT administrators a deliverability-focused view of outbound mail. It complements the Dashboard with sender score, authentication summary, and per-recipient-domain tables.

Requires analytics:view (Communications officer, ICT administrator, or Authorizing Officer).

Time ranges

Filter all metrics by 24h, 7d, 30d (default), or 90d.

Sender score

A single 0-100 score derived from recent send logs: your delivery rate with a penalty for bounces. Before your first send it reads 100 with a No sends yet label, rather than a misleading low score. Real provider feeds will refine it once Postmaster / SNDS integration ships.

Core metrics

Four rate tiles sit beside the score:

MetricWhat it measures
DeliveredShare of sent mail accepted by recipient servers
Bounce rateShare of sent mail permanently or temporarily rejected
Open rateOpens over delivered (tracking pixel, scanner-inflated)
Click rateClicks over delivered

See Email events for definitions.

Recipient domains

A table breaks volume down by recipient domain (for example gmail.com, yahoo.com, government domains). Use it to spot provider-specific bounce spikes.

Authentication summary

Confirms your sending domains use SPF, DKIM, and DMARC (every message is DKIM-signed by default). A companion card lists the domains active in the selected window; open any to check its DNS on Platform → Domains before large broadcasts.

Dedicated IPs (beta)

Deliverability → Dedicated IPs is an intake form for institutions that need isolated sending IPs. ICTA reviews requests; this is not self-service provisioning today.

External integrations such as Gmail Postmaster Tools and Microsoft SNDS are on the roadmap. Until then, use this page plus Developer → Email Logs for troubleshooting.
